Break-Down for Event to begin no later than 2pm, Sunday, June 10th.
All vendors must provide their own equipment, ie., canopies, tables, table coverings, chairs, tent lighting, extension cords, cooking equipment and serving equipment.
Electricity is available, but no running water. Electricity is limited and is included in your vendor fee; we ask that electrical usage be limited to only what is required to operate your booth. Electricity should not be used to camping, or extraneous items. Maximum electricity allowance per vendor is 120v, 20amps. We recommend bringing 100' of outdoor electrical extension cord. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condtion as they found it.
educational & 501c3 non profit vendors
Choices for Educational & 501c3 vendor booths are made based on diversity of ideas, educational offerings, and sense of community. Positive interaction with attendees through imaginative and interactive educational displays are encouraged.
All items displayed for sale at the festival must correspond to application information. All booths are either 10' x 10' or 15' x 15'. All retail vendors will be provided admission for TWO persons, parking close to festival site, and a 10'x10' backspace for tent camping. Items for sale must be home-made, and or made in Virginia. All vendors must be registered businesses in the state of Virginia, and have proper licensing. Vendors must be able to accept cash and credit cards on-site.
Food vendors will be provided admission for up to FOUR persons, parking close to festival site, and (2) 10'x10' backspace areas for tent camping. Vendors may offer between 3-4 different main menu options, and 3-4 side options. Vendors may sell non-alcoholic beverages only. Running water is not available on premises. Refrigeration may be available for use; please inquire. All vendors are required to provide their own ice for the event. Vendors may not make or sell snow cones, or cotton candy at the event. All items displayed for sale, including pricing, at the festival must correspond to application information.
All vendors must be registered businesses in the state of Virginia, and have proper licensing, including valid health permit. All food vendors shall maintain the booth and the area surrounding the booth in conformity with all applicable sanitary and health laws and regulations, and shall also keep the booth and surrounding area neat, clean and free of accumulated refuse and debris. Green Hops Productions shall supply trash receptacles for use by the general public throughout the Festival area in addition to a unit designated for use by Vendor for materials arising from any of the activities conducted in their booth. (Gray water, grease, etc.) Vendor shall not dispose of its refuse (gray water, grease, etc) in receptacles provided by Green Hops Productions for use by the general public.

Green Hops Productions LLC, and/or its affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, damaged property, or injury incurred during The Homecoming Festival. Green Hops Productions, LLC has the right to censor any booth.
