On-Site tent camping is free for weekend ticket holders. Campers & RV's are permitted, and cost $60 for RV, and $25 for Pop-up campers. RV & Camper costs include waste removal on Saturday morning, June 10th. Power and water hook ups are not available. RV / Camper & Pop-up Camper tickets must be purchased online in advance no later than June 5th at 11:00AM. Porta potties and hand washing stations will be located in the designated camping area. Cooking is not permitted on-site. Individual campfires are not permitted on-site. there will be festival fires lit and maintained by GHP staff.
coolers are permitted for weekend pass holders that are camping only. glass is strictly prohibited. coolers and bags are subject to search.
Parking is available on-site and is free for weekend passholders. Please check back soon for more important information regarding festival parking for day ticket passholder.
when you arrive, you will be asked for tickets, and a valid drivers license. You will be given a wristband that designates whether you are a weekend pass holder, or a daily ticket holder. You will be given a separate wristband if you are over 21 and plan on consuming alcohol. at that point, you're all set and may either walk down to the festival area, or hop a ride in the hay wagon with your stuff.
aside from parking, which may require cash, debit cards, credit cards and cash may be used for on-site purchases.
Pets are not permitted.
The festival grounds are located alongside the Cowpasture river. Guests are not permitted access to the river from Festival grounds. If you wish to swim in the river while you are with us, you will need to leave the festival grounds and use the public access located just down the road off of "Nicelytown." Ask a local, they will give you directions to the "Sharon access point."
food vendors will be available on-site offering snacks, lunch, dinner, and breakfast options.
water, soft drinks, & va craft beer will be sold on-site. campers may bring in coolers of canned or plastic beverages, but may not be allowed to leave the "designated camping area" with any outside food or beverage.

camping chairs, blankets, sun shades, sun tents, umbrellas, etc. may be brought into the festival area. Large tents and umbrellas set up near the stage may be done so in designated areas so that views for other guests are not obstructed.
